TER Collection and Delivery

Standard Collection

TER collects/delivers to 95% of the UKs industrial areas once or more per week. Input your town (right) to find your standard delivery day. Normal turnaround is a 5 day return, including most subcontract. Many parts of the UK have two or more collections per week if you have a lot of equipment we will adjust the runs so that you can benefit from the two day turnaround options.

Northwest Standard Collection

TER collects/delivers to companies within 30 miles at least twice per week offering 2 day turnaround.

Express Turnaround Options

• Same day Calibration for equipment that can be done in the requisite time. This option is sometimes charged, however, many contract customers get this free. TER would send a vehicle to your site and collect early in the morning and would return the item either late in the evening or at the beginning of your following working day.
• 24 Hour Service TER will collect in the morning and return the following day. Many parts of the UK have two or more collections per week if you have a lot of equipment we will adjust the runs so that you can benefit from the two day turnaround options.
• Composite Collection and Calibration TER works with the customer, a courier is used in one direction and our transport is used in the other direction. This can help those customers who have the odd item that they cannot be without. 

Your Equipment Safety

TER vehicles are equipped to carry scientific instruments without any forms of packaging, our experienced drivers ensure that your tools are returned promptly and in perfect condition.

Your Equipment Security

Equipment is not left in the van overnight, which means it is less likely to suffer condensation damage or worse theft. 

Your Insurance

TER has 5 million pounds insurance from collection through to delivery.  While we take every care, you can rest assured that you equipment is both well looked after and well insured. TER Has unlimited insurance cover for third party injury liability, which means our vans are welcome on the UK's most risk averse sites.

TER Single Site

While some companies claim they are multi-sited TER says "we used to have 4 sites now we have improved to 1 site". The issue with many sites is that your equipment will be collected by a van, taken to a depot, booked in, booked out, taken to the site that specialises in that work, booked in, worked on, booked out, taken back to the original site, booked in booked out, and taken back to the customer.  This does not happen in 5 days. We now collect, work, deliver done.
